Tinamarie Fisco


Tinamarie Fisco received her Associate of Science degree from Suny Ulster College and her Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University-CW Post campus, from which she graduated magna cum laude. She also majored in Criminal Justice and was a member of Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honor Society. She obtained her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2017 with a concentration in Family and Elder Law, with honors. Prior to joining Sokoloff Stern, Ms. Fisco served as a trial attorney for a non-profit agency in Kings County representing children in custody/visitation disputes, paternity proceedings, and abuse/neglect proceedings in Kings County Family Court. She worked as an associate for McCabe & Mack, where she focused insurance defense and commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts and the United State District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of New York.
