Michael J. Paleudis graduated from Emerson College in 1998 and obtained his J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2005. He is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Paleudis is a seasoned hospitality and beverage attorney who represents hundreds of bars, restaurants, hotels, and breweries throughout the States of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. While he concentrates largely in the area of alcoholic beverage licensing, he regularly negotiates commercial leases, contracts, partnership agreements as well as advising his clients on matters of corporate governance.
Mr. Paleudis began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the Bronx County District Attorney, before spending two years defending doctors, hospitals, dentists, and municipalities in the State Courts of New York.
