Kimberly Hunt Lee


Kimberly Hunt Lee graduated from Siena College in 1996 and obtained her J.D. from Albany Law School in 1999. She is admitted to practice before the New York State courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.


Ms. Lee represents municipalities, public authorities, public officials and individual clients in state and federal court in a variety of matters including civil rights, employment discrimination, police liability, zoning and land use, automobile and premises liability and Labor Law claims. While the defense of these matters represents the majority of her practice, Ms. Lee has also been retained by numerous private clients and insurance carriers on subrogation matters, to prosecute and defend coverage claims, and provide coverage opinions based on policy terms.


Ms. Lee has experience in conducting all phases of litigation and has tried multiple cases to verdict and is an experienced appellate advocate.

She began her legal career with the firm of McCabe & Mack LLP as a summer Associate in 1998. Following graduation and admission to the New York State Bar, she worked as an Associate Attorney with the firm before becoming Partner in 2009.
