Daniel R. Axelrod, J.D. received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University – Bloomington in 2017 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2021. In law school, Mr. Axelrod was on the Dean’s List and served as a Research Editor for the Hofstra Law Review. His note “Baseball’s Minor Leaguers Call Foul: How The Save America’s Pastime Act Strikes Out Within State Lines” was published in Volume 49 of the Hofstra Law Review. Prior to joining Sokoloff Stern, Mr. Axelrod worked for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, held a summer associate position for an employment litigation firm in Manhattan, and interned for Presiding Justice Alan D. Scheinkman of the New York Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
