Brandon Kayemba earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany in 2021, and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2025. 

In law school, he served as the Associate Competition Director for the Moot Court Honor Society, and as a student attorney for St. John’s Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic, where he represented elderly clients in their cases involving contractor fraud, debt collection, and predatory mortgage lending. Prior to joining Sokoloff Stern, Mr. Kayemba worked in-house for State Farm Automobile Insurance Company doing insurance defense work, and externed for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York.
