Aaron T. Smallets, J.D. received his Bachelor of Arts from Mount Saint Mary College in 2005. After college Mr. Smallets worked as a producer and writer in television and news.  In 2021 Mr. Smallets graduated from Hofstra Law School where he served as a Senior Article’s Editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Journal, was a research assistant for Stefan H. Krieger, and served on the Moot Court Executive Board. Prior to joining Sokoloff Stern, Mr. Smallets worked as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Pamela Chen at the Eastern District of New York, a summer associate at Farrell Fritz, P.C., and handled employment litigation at Gerstman Schwartz LLP in Mineola.
